The last look featuring this great bucket bag incorporates a little red, white, and blue just in time for the fourth of July! Now although it’s quite tempting to buy that cute American flag bikini for this weekend, I try to avoid buying clothes I can only wear once a year. This is the perfect way to take a piece from your normal wardrobe and give it some patriotic flare.

To say I am obsessed with this Brock dress is no hyperbole! Brock Collection was founded by California native Laura Vassar and her husband who are break out designers in the fashion world. Their sportswear walks the line between tomboy and romantic-two words that epitomize my dream style. Their pieces are also impeccably crafted. This dress has a built in corset top, fully lined skirt, and pockets! Check out their newest collection at Brock Collection New York.

As this dress brings some blue and white stripes, I added my pop of red with bright lips and a sneaky touch of red soles. While I don’t find myself wearing lipstick very often (somehow it forces me to eat slower…no thanks!), this lip stain is truly amazing. Not only does is it highly pigmented and hard to smudge, but it comes with a top gloss as well. I opted for using just the  matte stain here but it looks quite glam with the added gloss (very Taylor Swift). Also, when you purchase this stain on Beauty Kind, they will donate 5% of all proceeds to a non profit or charity. So go get buying!

For this shoot we ended our day at Bouchon for cocktails and oysters. This is one of the cutest and tastiest restaurants in Napa and a must if you are in the area. Sit outside on their little patio or grab a seat at the bar. Not only do they serve fresh fruit cocktails, but are one of the few restaurants to have Pliny the Elder available!

Outfit equation: bucket bag + striped skirt + nude heels

Happy 4th! xoxo HH
